(Senior) Marketing CRM Analyst

What Will You Be Doing? 

 

Lead CRM program operation, campaign, and initiative at omni channel, incl. Store, WeChat, Tmall, JD,  and DYDevelop, implement, and continuously refine loyalty programs in line with business and marketing brand strategyDaily loyalty program operation across all channels to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention throughout customer lifecycle and maximize customer lifetime valueTake initiative in identifying opportunities and collecting preferred practices across industries to continuously optimize CRM strategyWork closely with internal, external, and global partners in developing and executing CRM operation and campaigns to support business growth

 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

 

5+ years’ experience with a successful track record in CRM fields, either in-house or at an agencyBachelor's degree required with emphasis on marketing/digital/analytic field, or equivalent practical experience Highly organized with multi-tasking, able to prioritize multiple tasks, execute simultaneously with great attention to detailsStrong cross-functional communication and collaboration, and initiative to drive result independentlyExperience in marketing analysis, digital marketing and platform backend data interpretationFluent in written and spoken English
