If you are passionate about communication, content creation, lifestyle, and five-star hospitality, this is your opportunity. **About the Role** As Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of the hotel’s marketing and communication strategy across all areas: rooms, gastronomy, wellness, events, and brand. You will play a key role in content creation, campaign activation, social media management, and supporting PR and event initiatives. We are looking for someone proactive, with a strong aesthetic sense, excellent writing skills, and a desire to grow in an international luxury environment. **Main Responsibilities** + Update the hotel’s website and other digital platforms. + Execute the social media content calendar. + Coordinate digital campaigns and social ads with external agencies. + Provide PR support: press releases, media kits, coordination with influencers and media. + Prepare communication materials and corporate presentations. + Support the organization of events, photoshoots, activations, and press trips. + Monitor digital KPIs and prepare performance reports. + Design and coordinate the production of graphic materials ensuring brand alignment. **Qualifications:** **Requirements** + Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Tourism, or similar. + 2–3 years of marketing experience (hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle experience highly valued). + Excellent writing skills in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus). + Experience managing social media, copywriting, and digital content. + Knowledge of tools such as CMS, social media platforms, email marketing, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator. + Creativity, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. + Proactive, autonomous, positive attitude with strong service and detail orientation. **Care Connects Us – Do Our Values Speak to You?** At Hyatt, **we care for people so they can be their best** .
