Senior Marketing Coordinator
We’re looking for a hybrid Senior Marketing Coordinator in the customs compliance, international trade, and software industry.

Our client, is a 45-year market leader in customs compliance, duty recovery, and international trade advisory services. With a strong reputation, deep client trust, and a new division launching in 2027, the company is entering one of the most exciting growth phases in its history.

The new Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in modernizing their marketing engine, building strategic programs for both the existing business and the upcoming software arm, and supporting the organization’s expansion across Canada, the U.S., and emerging global markets.

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing strategy, delivering high-quality marketing content, running multi-channel programs, supporting Business Development Managers (BDMs), and managing a full webinar program. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketer eager to influence brand direction and help shape a growing organization.

Senior Marketing Coordinator responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute the marketing strategy for existing business lines Define marketing elements, timelines, budgets, and content plans for current business Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the new Software Division (launching 2027) Define launch elements, timelines, marketing assets, and cross-channel plans for software GTM Refresh and standardize messaging and positioning across services and segments Build and own a comprehensive annual marketing calendar Content Creation & Delivery Create and revise marketing content for BDMs, the website, blogs, webinars, and social media Produce sales presentations, pitch decks, explainer videos, and standardized BDM email template Manage weekly blog publication, thought leadership topics, and SEO-aligned content Deliver finalized content to internal teams, digital platforms, and email channels Webinar Program Management Plan and manage full webinar lifecycle Presentation development (based on Operations’ technical content) Pre-webinar promotion, email distribution, and LinkedIn posting Registration page creation and attendee management Day-of webinar administration Post-webinar follow-up and nurturing Uploading recordings and assets to the website Campaigns & Digital Marketing Develop content and execute multi-platform campaigns Support lead generation and nurturing across organic, paid, and email channels Align campaigns with BDM needs, market timing, and corporate priorities CRM & Market Research Maintain CRM data quality and reporting as directed by the Director of Business Development Conduct market research (competitors, trends, industry insights) to support strategy and positioning Sales Enablement & BDM Support Provide BDM sales support including agreements, scheduling, handoff materials, and internal communication Prepare BDM documentation and coordinate with Operations to resolve client-facing concerns Ensure BDMs have updated pitch decks, messaging, and marketing assets The successful candidate has: 3-6+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, professional services, SaaS, supply chain, or consulting Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field Strong content creation and editorial skills (blogs, decks, social media, email marketing) Experience managing webinars, virtual events, or training sessions Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Ability to build marketing calendars, campaign plans, and launch strategies Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across teams A proactive, analytical, collaborative mindset with the confidence to recommend improvements Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, LTD) Remote work environment with occasional in-person meetings (Toronto area) Annual home office allowance Bonus structure under development (anticipated range: $20,000–$40,000 based on performance and software launch milestones) Significant growth opportunity into Marketing Manager as the software division scales Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
