In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

Conceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentations in accordance with corporate marketing standardsCoordinate critical aspects of written proposal development, including compiling technical and non-technical data, assembly, editing, printing and submittal of proposal documentsCoordinate the preparation of interview/presentations and handout materials as requiredCoordinate with industry partners to secure relevant content consistent with an opportunity pursuitProvide storyboarding and message development for pursuitsBe responsible for timely production and quality of marketing materials with appropriate context and messaging for intended audience(s)Coordinate trade show participationSupport the planning and execution of industry conferences, promotions and artwork, and coordinate booth activitiesContinuously expand and update professional knowledge and skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.Perform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relative experience.5 years of experience in document layout, graphics, and the full document production processStronginterpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skillsCooperative and team-orientated work style and customer-service focusStrong attention to detail and design capabilitiesAbility to successfully engage with diverse personalities, teams, regional and national groups, technical managers, and project staffEffective and efficient at marshalling multiple resources to meet deadlinesWrites and presents effectively; adjusts to fit the audience and messageExcellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage or adjust multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a teamExhibits advanced knowledge of communication theory and basic layout and design principlesExperience in the A/E/C industryDemonstrated ability to write and edit marketing and technical collateralAttitude and commitment to quality, improvement and being an active participant of our employee-owned culturePreference given to local candidatesRequired Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
