Pay Rate: $70 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract

Our client, a Top 5 Canadian Bank, is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Consultant - Credit Card Analytics for a 12-month contract (with potential extension or conversion to FTE). This is a hybrid position based in Toronto.

Responsibilities:

Provide analytical and consultative support for credit card acquisition and retention campaigns, delivering detailed post-campaign analyses at both portfolio and channel levels. Conduct deep-dive analytics to identify insights, trends, and actionable recommendations that drive cardholder engagement, acquisition, and retention. Perform test vs. control and A/B testing to assess campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.

Must-Have Skills:

3-5 years of experience in a consultative data analysis role (8+ years total business analysis experience preferred). Credit card analytics experience is strong preferred, with deep understanding of the credit card lifecycle--onboarding, usage trends, segmentation, and retention. Proficiency in SQL, SAS (including macros), Tableau, and Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Strong knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and ability to synthesize large, complex datasets. Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams. Proven success working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and storytelling ability to translate complex data into business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
