This role involves developing and executing strategies to reach primarily B2B target audiences, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve results and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking and deep expertise in integrated media strategy, performance marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale. They will drive the strategy, planning, deployment, and optimization of integrated media journeys that generate qualified demand and support long-term brand growth. This role requires deep expertise in paid social and search engine marketing, with a strong focus on navigating their evolving landscape. Familiarity with online video, native display, and related digital tactics is a plus. The Senior Specialist must have strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret campaign data, extract insights, and apply optimizations that improve performance and efficiency. The role will be a part of a cross-functional team but will also manage external agencies. The role will also be responsible for managing and reporting out a budget. _Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):_ + Support the planning and activation of integrated paid media campaigns to promote international brand awareness, digital innovation, patient acquisition, and strategic partnerships. + Manage execution across platforms. This may involve managing an agency, as well as working directly within the media platforms. + Coordinate with media agencies and internal stakeholders on audience targeting, media mix, ad placements, and calendar alignment. + Monitor campaign performance using media dashboards and analytics platforms to assess KPIs such as reach, CTR, conversions, cost efficiency, and ROI. + Recommend and implement ongoing optimizations to creative, messaging, placements, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness. + Support A/B testing and multivariate testing frameworks for creative and messaging performance insights. + Ensure paid media tactics align with earned and owned media strategies to create cohesive, omnichannel campaign experiences. + Contribute to brief development for creative assets and ensure brand compliance in all placements. + Track paid media budgets, reconcile media spend, and assist with forecasting and procurement processes. + Produce regular reports that detail campaign outcomes, media performance, and actionable insights for stakeholder review. **Qualifications** Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate in a way that creates clarity, simplifies messages, and aligns with organizational strategy. Knowledge of channels for communication and the ability to build effective communication and engagement strategies. Must be a self-starter with the ability to independently identify opportunities, solutions and resolve challenges. Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful results.
