No wonder, considering they’re in charge of media relations, events, digital marketing, and digital communications, with which they shape BCG’s image among clients, employees, alumni, and job applicants, as well as the media and general public. Bringing the Group’s global thought leadership to the world, they ensure that BCG expertise and studies are placed in the right channel at the right time and continuously develop our communications and marketing strategy.
What You'll Do
As a (Senior) Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will lead and oversee multiple workstreams supporting both ongoing and new initiatives that strengthen BCG’s presence, reputation, and thought leadership in Central Europe, with a strong focus on Poland.
The role spans external and internal communications, media relations, events, and marketing operations—including close collaboration with senior leaders—to deliver high-impact country- and industry-specific initiatives that showcase BCG’s expertise and business acumen.
Your key responsibilities will include the following.
Events and engagement
Design and deliver events that support marketing objectives, drive strong audience engagement, and generate measurable ROI.Lead end-to-end event management, including communications, content development, production, vendor coordination, audience engagement, reporting, and analytics.Develop innovative event strategies aligned with BCG’s strategic priorities, fostering continuous improvement and digital curiosity within event programs.Collaborate across teams and geographies to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences.Media and communications
Shape and execute the local media and communications strategy in close collaboration with local leadership and the Head of Marketing.Plan and manage the editorial pipeline and media engagement across priority channels and key publications.Build and maintain strong relationships with Polish media.Draft, edit, and coordinate high-quality content, articles, publications, social media posts, and other marketing materials as needed.Stakeholder and project management
Provide counsel to senior leadership, grounded in marketing strategies aligned with business priorities.Identify key industry organizations for BCG spokesperson engagement and manage partnerships and co-branded initiatives.Manage budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure efficient, on-time, and on-brand execution.Partner closely with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to drive alignment and measurable impact.What You'll Bring

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across BCG’s global marketing and business network, working with global and local marketing teams as well as senior leaders and their Executive Assistants. Your manager will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally, and you will also always be able to draw upon the experience of the team.
