Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist

In this role, this individual will oversee and coordinate Growth Marketing campaign planning, execution and measurement processes, defining campaign structure and elements for assigned industries (such as Chemical or Power Account-Based Marketing initiatives) while working with Program Managers, business units, and sales leaders to oversee campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources and timing.
The Growth Marketing Team’s goal is to help the organization achieve its growth objectives through strategic planning and tactical execution of campaigns and other marketing activities. This includes monitoring and measuring project impact, lead pipeline and revenue by campaigns built on business solutions aligned with program needs.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Executing integrated marketing campaign tactics through strong collaboration with resources from cross-marketing teams/functions (e.g. social media, web, analytics). Working closely with Program Managers in designing, planning and developing campaigns, identifying opportunities and providing recommendations on possible contextualization (e.g. regionalizing campaigns) of marketing campaign strategies. Acts as project lead, ensuring production of campaign assets are moving through the pipeline, all projects and tasks are properly assigned, executed, logged, and updated in different project and content management tools, and manages revisions for final approval of campaign owner.
+ Implementing project management skills to lead the campaign discovery process through campaign execution. The candidate will drive the conversation, provide overview to the campaign team including processes, objectives and key messages; use technical and business knowledge to outline campaign objectives, impact and complexity of the project.
+ Establishing campaign best practices and sharing with the Enterprise (ENT) Campaign Team, adhering to standardized processes, workflows, production templates, and other tools needed to activate campaigns. The candidate will also lead continuous improvement projects that will impact existing work processes for the team, leading to improved efficiency in managing campaigns and projects.
+ Conducting intermediate training on campaign management. Regularly meets with ENT Campaign Team to assess project workload, communicates cross-team best practices and ensure adherence to campaign process and recommends additional training for new hires and team. Works closely with Campaign Specialists to identify and resolve bottlenecks and process gaps. And supports management with projects related to quality improvement and knowledge sharing (such as Study Hall).

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a marketing, communications, and/or business-related field required.
+ Minimum of eight (8) years of marketing experience.
+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
+ Experience and understanding of B2B marketing communications development and production practices and media, including all digital media (social, web, video, interactive, email, etc.), as well as integration with traditional marketing media (advertising, public relations, print, event marketing, etc.).
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
+ Experience with Microsoft Office products
+ Account-based marketing campaign experience
+ Advanced English skills
