Required Qualifications:
3+ years of marketing experience within a matrix organization 3+ years of experience within sales force 3+ years of experience influencing and collaborating with others 3+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables 3+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment 3+ years of experience demonstrating organization skills 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Knowledge of or experience in working with Medicare/Medicare Advantage plans Proven ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of diseasePreferred Qualifications:
Experience in a health care or health plan environment General knowledge of data and analytics Basic understanding of various growth channels
The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
