This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI location. This team is in the office 3 days a week and has the flexibility to work from home the other days.

What you will do

Analyze competitors and understand their relative strengths and weaknesses

Understand customer groups, needs, preferences, and buying motivations

Provide customer feedback and satisfaction trends to marketing leadership and sales teams

Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies

Apply core marketing principles (segmentation, targeting, positioning) and basic budget management

Serve as subject matter expert for products/product lines and field technical questions

Support sales training initiatives and ensure compliant promotion of products

Monitor KPIs, use scorecards, and report results to maintain pricing and margin goals


What you need

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline

Minimum 2 years work experience

Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Preferred:

MBA

Travel Percentage: 20%
