Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that supports business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.

Define target audiences and develop persona-based marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage them.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

2. Campaign Management and Execution:

Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

Channels may include digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), content marketing (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars), events, and public relations.

Develop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings or product launches.

Manage the company's website, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and user experience.

3. Content Creation and Brand Management:

Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content that positions the company as a thought leader in the IT consulting space.

Ensure all marketing collateral and communications are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.

Develop sales enablement tools, such as presentations, brochures, and case studies, to help the sales team effectively communicate the value of the company's services.

4. Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and executive leadership, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business needs and objectives.

Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and consultants.

Present marketing plans, results, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

5. Performance Measurement and Analysis:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Utilize marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data) to track campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Report on marketing ROI and the impact of marketing activities on pipeline growth and revenue.

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; 5+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in B2B technology or consulting.

Proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing plans with measurable results.

Expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in budget management.

Creative mindset and passion for staying current with industry trends.
