Job Description

Please note - this role is predominately remote-based, but does require in office activity ~ 1x/wk in Allentown, PA. Candidates must live within a reasonable distance.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Senior Market Outreach Specialist!

In this role, you will coordinate between internal and external stakeholders, internal program teams, and operational partners to ensure smooth program delivery. You will build strong relationships, support day‑to‑day operations, and help create a high‑quality experience for both internal and external customers.

The Senior Market Outreach Specialist plays a key role in organizing program activities, tracking customer interactions, supporting logistics, and enabling our teams to deliver energy‑efficiency solutions across multiple programs.

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, addressing questions, supporting program participation, and ensuring timely follow‑up.

Coordinate program activities including meetings, trainings, events, and customer engagement efforts.

Document customer and contractor interactions and provide regular status updates to program leadership.

Organize and prepare program materials, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.

Manage logistics for events, including scheduling, registration, speakers, materials, and on‑site support.

Maintain accurate customer, contractor, and site‑visit information in line with program and corporate procedures.

Support data entry and reporting needs based on feedback from field staff and technical teams.

Respond to customer inquiries, route requests to the appropriate team members, and schedule meetings or site visits as needed.

Assist technical teams by coordinating trainings, communications, and updates to program specifications or requirements.

Foster strong working relationships across program management, engineering, operations, and customer support teams.

Support general office and program operations, including supplies, fleet documentation, safety materials, and process organization.

Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes, improve communication, and enhance overall program efficiency.

Travel locally as needed to support site visits, meetings, or program activities.

2 or more years of relevant experience supporting customer‑facing programs, operations, account coordination, or administrative/organizational functions

Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and programs in a fast‑paced environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred

$65,000 - $70,000
