Acts as project manager for Midwest Region’s annual bid cycleAnalyzes the competitive landscape in detail, studying growth trends and anticipating competitor movesDevelops and refines our multi-year product strategy for the regionBalances growth, financial implications, competitive dynamics, and impact on the member experience when recommending benefit modificationsPartners with the Corporate Product Team, Actuarial Team, and local market operations teams to align operations (Stars, network, directory, etc.) with the plan design & plan strategyReviews plan filings in conjunction with Product Team prior to CMS submissionSupports the Sales Leadership with product strategy, agent education, marketing, and product roll-outsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesRole can be based in Humana market office in Dublin, OH (Columbus, OH area), Louisville, KY or be work from home (within OH, IN or KY).
