**Job Responsibilities:**
• Undertakes medium-sized projects of moderate complexity under limited supervision or collaborates within teams for larger and/or more intricate assignments, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.
• Contributes to capability building and internal education initiatives on relevant topics, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Offers expertise and insights on pertinent and evolving clinical and medical market access topics to support the development and execution of market access strategies.
• Collects and disseminates relevant market intelligence (incl. Expert Body horizon scanning initiatives), including healthcare delivery dynamics, payer trends, evidence requirements, and patient safety considerations.
• Ensures integration of market access insights into the Idea to Market (I2M) process, product life cycle management and strategic decision-making, contributing to clinical and medical innovation.
• Provides timely input for the development of Clinical & Health Economic Evidence generation plans, that will support optimal patient access to NPIs in target markets.
• Participates in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes as a member of relevant workstreams, supporting due diligence and integration efforts.
• Engages with sub-national payers to overcome local and regional concerns, shaping tender and contracting policy, managing downward pressure on coverage; and informing HTAs (national / regional / hospital-level) for disinvestment decision making.
• Develops and maintains network of relevant external stakeholders (e.g., Expert Bodies; payers; providers; patient advocacy groups) that impact Market Access, translating their needs and requirements into strategies that shape/drive optimal patient access and product uptake.
• Provides valuable support and engagement throughout the pricing process, ensuring harmonization with market access objectives and strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Identifies and communicates the need for new capabilities or enhancements to existing capabilities within own areas of expertise, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
**Minimum required Education:**
Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in the field of Public Health, Pharmacy, Health Economics ,Clinical Medicine and Business Administration etc or equivalent.
**Minimum required Experience:**
Minimum 10 years of experience with Bachelor's degree OR Minimum 8 years of experience with Master's degree.
