A Day in the LifeWe are looking for an experienced Clinical Specialist to provide expert clinical and technical support for advanced electrophysiology mapping and ablation systems. In this role, you will partner closely with physicians, laboratory staff, and internal teams to support procedures, introduce new technologies, and help shape advanced clinical workflows. You will play a key role in training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, while building trusted relationships with customers and contributing to product and service excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Provide clinical and technical assistance to physicians and laboratory staff on the use of the mapping and ablation system, including generators, software, pumps, and accessoriesConduct training sessions to introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders and ensure acceptanceParticipate in the development of advanced clinical workflowsCollaborate with the education team to support the development of training centersShare best clinical practices with colleagues to optimize the customer experienceWork with service engineers on technical troubleshooting and provide feedback to marketing on system use and new product developmentBuild strong professional relationships with customers and manage high-stress situations with a problem-solving mindset.

 
Required Knowledge and Experience:

Engineer’s degree in electrical or medical engineering or a related scientific disciplineOver 5 years of clinical electrophysiology experience, with at least 3 years independently supporting mapping proceduresExperience in the medical device or life sciences industryFluency in English and Hungarian, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsIndependent, responsible, and decisive, with flexibility and willingness to travel as requiredAbility to work in electrophysiology labs and achieve vendor credentialing.
