Senior Manufacturing Support Specialist - Saudi National Only

Your expertise will be instrumental in leading and managing a team of specialists, ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations. In this role, you will significantly impact the success of our manufacturing operations by ensuring that all support requirements are met, processes are continuously improved, and that we maintain our commitment to quality and safety standards. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Lead and manage a team of technicians to provide production support for customer orders timely, ensuring that all activities align with company goals and customer requirements. + Work with the Site Leader and cross functional teams to drive NPI & Transition projects. + Coordinate with design & and operations teams to develop manufacturing plans for new products to achieve cost and quality objectives. + Ensure timely Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown Management of Assembly & testing equipment. + Support in Design & development of assembly lines based on lean manufacturing process. + Systematic RCA for recurring machine breakdowns. + Develop Standardized Operating Sheets, Line Capacity balancing & Cycle-time Study. + Estimate resource requirements, workload assignment, capacity assessment, production times for manufacturing processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and production, to develop and execute project plans that meet timelines and budget constraints. + Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex manufacturing problems, utilizing best practices and innovative solutions. + Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements by implementing robust quality control processes and conducting regular audits. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency, utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. + Identify training and development needs for support specialists and facilitate skill enhancement through workshops and mentoring. + Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing support or related roles. + Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members. + Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results. + Experience with manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and compliance with industry standards. + Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for process optimization and data analysis. **WE VALUE** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. + Desired experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in the fire safety or related industries. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous improvement. + Ability to drive results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
