What you will do

Ensure compliance with FDA, COFEPRIS, EHS, and all regulatory requirements while maintaining cost-effective and high-quality production standards.Supervise and coordinate production activities through group leaders, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quantity and quality specifications.Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people, including scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.Lead, coach, discipline, and support employees to meet job expectations and resolve personnel issues, fostering an engaged and high-performing team.Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to ensure proper operation of equipment and resolve operational issues as needed.Train staff and establish effective cross-training programs to promote workforce flexibility and capability.Identify and mitigate EHS risks, ensuring all employees are informed of environmental, health, and safety responsibilities.Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing initiatives and serve as liaison between management, support teams, and production staff.

What you need

Engineering Degree completed required.5+ years of manufacturing experience in a highly regulated industry (preferably medical or aerospace).Experience in the implementation of Production Programs and Supervising Personnel.Experience in 5S, Kanban, Kaizen or other continuous improvement methodologies.Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 regulations.Human Resources administration software knlowledge (Such as Tress & Workday).Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Power Point), Internet browsers and Email Software.Intermediate/Advanced English required.
