Senior Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift)

**What you will do**
+ Ensure compliance with FDA, COFEPRIS, EHS, and all regulatory requirements while maintaining cost-effective and high-quality production standards.
+ Supervise and coordinate production activities through group leaders, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quantity and quality specifications.
+ Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people, including scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.
+ Lead, coach, discipline, and support employees to meet job expectations and resolve personnel issues, fostering an engaged and high-performing team.
+ Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to ensure proper operation of equipment and resolve operational issues as needed.
+ Train staff and establish effective cross-training programs to promote workforce flexibility and capability.
+ Identify and mitigate EHS risks, ensuring all employees are informed of environmental, health, and safety responsibilities.
+ Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing initiatives and serve as liaison between management, support teams, and production staff.
**What you need**
+ Engineering Degree completed required.
+ 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a highly regulated industry (preferably medical or aerospace).
+ Experience in the implementation of Production Programs and Supervising Personnel.
+ Experience in 5S, Kanban, Kaizen or other continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 regulations.
+ Human Resources administration software knlowledge (Such as Tress & Workday).
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Power Point), Internet browsers and Email Software.
+ Intermediate/Advanced English required.
