We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead and strengthen our core manufacturing processes. In this role, you’ll take ownership of process stability, scalability, and efficiency, while building and developing a strong engineering team that partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
What you will do:Lead and build a high-performing team with clear responsibilities and succession planning.
Drive a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Provide engineering insights to support strategic business decisions.
Drive standardization through SOPs, control plans, PFMEAs, and documentation best practices.
Use data and monitoring tools (e.g., SPC, KPIs) to identify trends and proactively address variation.
Champion Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events.
Establish engineering governance systems to ensure audit readiness, traceability, and documentation control.
Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA).
Drive safety and environmental compliance through risk assessments, Zero Harm initiatives, and close partnership with EHS.
What you need:Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
Proven background in sustaining operations, Lean manufacturing, and equipment/process troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with both legacy and modern manufacturing systems.
Advanced knowledge of root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone), FMEA, TPM.
Strong familiarity with ERP systems, MES platforms, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Minitab).
Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
Travel Percentage: 10%
