The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting the transfer of manufacturing operations from our Lakeland site, which is expected to remain operational through the end of 2026. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow their experience within a global medical

What you will do-
Responsible for complying with all quality standards and requirements through the development, maintenance, and application of engineering principles and practices.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, GMP, and statistical methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.Lead the transfer of new products, design changes, and line extensions to the production floor, ensuring smooth and compliant implementation.Identify, develop, and implement process, machining, and safety improvements across production lines to reduce scrap and increase efficiency.Perform failure analysis and drive solutions that improve medical device functionality, performance, and reliability.Develop and maintain operating procedures, standard work, and visual work instructions to support consistent quality and production performance.Provide technical support and training to team as neededManage and prioritize engineering projects and team resources to meet operational goals, coaching and developing engineers and technicians.Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Regulatory, R&D, and external partners to resolve issues and support compliant, cost-effective manufacturing.What you need-
