This role focuses on optimizing processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring consistent product quality. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Develop and enhance manufacturing processes to improve throughput and reduce waste.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.Provide technical support for production equipment, testing, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital projects and process upgrades.Maintain accurate process documentation and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methods.Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) and ERP systems.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
