The **Senior Manufacturing Engineer** will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Technical Operations Engineering team. This role will support new manufacturing engineering projects within Joints Reconstruction in a professional and efficient manner. This individual is responsible for completing their duties & responsibilities with minimal guidance and direction on engineering initiatives. This role will contribute to NPD project core teams and develop positive relationships with internal and external strategic partners to deliver strong performance outcomes. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are required along with strong analytical, problems solving, and organizational skills. Candidates must be able to balance multiple key technical projects, including advanced manufacturing research, leading feasibility studies in a team setting, and advancing NPD projects objectives aligned to project timelines.
