Over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on the high-tech industry. Proven success in leading manufacturing operations and driving process improvements. Expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP) are advantageous. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
