Senior Managing Consultant SAP OCM Lead

The Senior Managing SAP OCM Lead will provide strategic leadership for all Organizational Change Management activities related to large‑scale SAP programs. This role is responsible for ensuring the organization is fully prepared for new processes, technologies, and operating models introduced through SAP transformations. The OCM Lead will guide executive stakeholders, partner with business and technical teams, and oversee the delivery of change strategies that drive adoption, build capability, and minimize disruption. This position requires both strategic oversight and hands‑on delivery to ensure a cohesive, effective change experience across all impacted groups. **Your role and responsibilities** The Senior Managing SAP OCM Lead will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive change‑management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training programs, organizational readiness, and change impact assessments. The role will collaborate closely with business leaders and project teams to identify change implications, manage resistance, and ensure alignment with transformation goals. Additional responsibilities include managing OCM resources, ensuring consistent adoption approaches across workstreams, developing executive communication materials, conducting readiness assessments, and supporting the organization through go‑live and stabilization. The OCM Lead will also track and report change metrics and drive continuous improvement in change‑management practices. This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Extensive experience leading Organizational Change Management for complex SAP programs • Strong understanding of SAP‑enabled business process changes across functional areas • Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies, communications, and training plans • Experience conducting change impact assessments and organizational readiness reviews • Ability to influence and engage senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders • Strong leadership skills with experience managing OCM teams and coordinating multiple workstreams • Expertise in stakeholder analysis, resistance management, and adoption measurement • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills suitable for all organizational levels IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
