Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Architect and lead a comprehensive visual merchandising curriculum, crafting premium training materials and innovative tools that redefine industry standards.

Refine and elevate existing programs through strategic enhancements, while orchestrating end-to-end content delivery with precision.

Implementing robust evaluation frameworks, measure impact and drive continuous improvement — all tailored to empower offline channels with cutting-edge learning solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Empowerment and Business Enhancement

Provide strategic support for visual merchandising training programs, empowering offline channels through a professional training system to drive business growth and brand excellence.

 

Needs Analysis and Content Innovation

Conduct in-depth analysis of offline channel learning needs, accurately identify gaps through gap analysis, and integrate global resources with local practices to innovatively develop highly adaptable training content, methodologies, and tools, including: Collaborate with global teams to introduce cutting-edge retail training solutions Partner with subject matter experts to develop locally tailored courses Select and restructure third-party courses and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs

 

Training Delivery and System Optimization

Deliver high-quality new content training through pilot and demo sessions, continuously iterate existing programs, and optimize teaching materials, methods, and processes to ensure training outcomes are both forward-looking and actionable.

 

Quality Control and Standardization

Establish an end-to-end quality supervision mechanism for learning outputs, standardize training methodologies and materials, and ensure content rigor and execution consistency.

 

Effectiveness Measurement and Closed-Loop Management

Leverage retail and training KPIs to systematically track and evaluate training effectiveness, forming a closed-loop management model of “needs-implementation-feedback-optimization.”

 

Resource Integration and Project Leadership

Lead training and tool development projects based on frontline business needs, precisely manage external vendors and budget resources, and ensure professional and cost-effective solutions.

 

Team Empowerment and Knowledge Retention

Strengthen the capability building of the excellence team, establish an internal best practice sharing mechanism, promote knowledge retention and cultural inheritance, and build a learning organization ecosystem.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifikation:

University degree or higher Minimum 10 years of experience in training & development, learning, or related fields Retail industry experience preferred
