Job description & summary

The Senior Manager Technical Lead will serve as a strategic leader within the Security Risk and Architecture team, responsible for guiding technical delivery, managing risk, and driving architectural excellence across global portfolios. This role blends deep technical expertise with leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight. You responsibilities will be:

Security Architecture & Risk Management

Lead the development and implementation of secure architecture frameworks, including Zero Trust, API security, and cloud-native security models.

Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and RAID log management across services.

Align architectural findings with GRC frameworks and severity ratings in coordination with governance teams.

Technical Leadership & Innovation

Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and threat intelligence for security use cases.

Drive the development of reusable components and standards for API authentication and authorization.

Champion innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery and architecture consultation.

Operational Oversight & Service Management

Define and maintain operating models for technical roles, balancing project and operational work.

Manage service delivery metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators to ensure quality and efficiency.

Lead the development of high-level process inventories and service documentation for executive visibility.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

Mentor and coach architects and risk managers across geographies, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and business leaders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, funding, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements of the role

Proven experience in security architecture, risk management, and technical leadership.

Deep understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and enterprise architecture governance.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.

Experience with tools such as Security Compass (SD Elements), ServiceNow, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Expertise in Zero Trust, API security, and identity platforms

Familiarity with GRC frameworks and risk severity rating systems.

Ability to lead strategic transformation initiatives and influence service automation.
