The objective of the Issue Event and Remediation team is to manage all Issue , Event and Remediation for Enterprise Technology Services as a Centre of Excellence.
Looking for a Sr Program Manager for the team focused on ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across team members, stakeholders and functional areas.
The Sr Program Manager, Technology Issue Event and Remediation will:
Independently manage special projects/ activities and directly manage certain day-to-day operations on behalf of the VP of the Issue, Event and RemediationCreate comprehensive executive level presentationsDeliver a broad range of communications including technology strategy updates, Town Hall presentations, and employee communicationsManage business planning and operational processes (e.g., Leadership meetings, cost center management, and goal setting metrics)Talent and vendor managementDrive organizational optimization and business process improvementAct as a central point of contact for urgent business needsBalance the management of day-to-day business priorities along with long-term strategic deliverablesCollaborate with the various constituencies across the Company to accomplish tasks on behalf of the VP and their leaders
Act as a mentor and coach for employees and assist them in solving business problems
Drive organizational optimization and business process improvementExecute on operational risk activities such as conducting risk assessment with the business, mapping of processes, identification of risks, and definition and testing of controlsEngages and Coordinates audit related activitiesKeep abreast of organization and Guardian changes
Qualifications:
