The Senior Manager, Talent Operations and Compliance will lead Acosta’s Enterprise Talent Operations strategy to support operational excellence and compliance. This role will lead the efforts to optimize, maintain and evolve TA systems, tools, programs and processes. This role leads the day-to day operations guidance and hands-on support to the Talent Acquisition team and other internal business stakeholders to increase TA operational efficiency and productivity. This leader will partner with several cross-functional teams to continue to evolve the pre-boarding and onboarding experience at Acosta Group.
