What is the Opportunity?
RBC offers an exciting role as a Senior Manager Talent Cycle. The Senior Manager Talent Cycle leads a diverse HR Operations team providing direction relative to the identification of process and efficiency improvements, and resolution of employee related data maintenance and alignment within WorkDay and SAP. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with a solid track record of leading high performing teams in an operations environment.
What will you do?
Lead and drive high performance of a dynamic team; mix of People Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Operations Consultants.
Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the team engaged in resolving employee HR data issues within WorkDay and SAP.
Find solutions for complex employee data issues and collaborate across HR to implement changes and enhance overall HR digital experience.
Oversee the resolution of Managers and HR Partner escalations.
Lead and Support enterprise initiatives, partnering with HRBP’s and Talent Integrators to deliver a OneHR experience.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
University undergraduate degree or relevant experience within financial services, banking and/or HR.
Excellent problem solving and analytical mindset and proven ability to successfully partner with others to drive results.
Proven leadership capabilities – Drive to impact, adaptability and unlock potential.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Nice-to-have:
In-depth working knowledge of WorkDay and SAP.
Strong excel based skills.
