**Job overview and responsibilities**
The Senior Manager – Supply Chain Strategy & Performance will lead, manage, and execute strategic supply chain initiatives and serve as Chief of Staff to VP of Integrated Supply Chain & MRO Shops. This role will be responsible for leveraging data to identify trends, optimize decision-making, and improve operational performance. The Senior Manager will summarize and present data-driven supply chain insights and initiatives to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
+ Manage and execute strategic initiatives including cross-functional project management, change management, analysis and modeling, and communication of insights and recommendations
+ Tracks and reports out on inventory management related metrics
+ Conduct data analysis, develop insights that will identify key areas of opportunity, prioritize high-impact focus areas to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals effectively
+ Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to division leaders, using data storytelling to highlight key findings
+ Support ad hoc projects by creating clear, concise reports tailored to executive audiences
+ Support VP on key strategic initiatives and collaborate and engage with cross-functional leaders and partners across the Supply Chain organization, such as Planning, Shops, Supplier Management and Warehousing and Distribution
+ Develop and execute strategic plans and identify areas of opportunities that improve operational performance and achieve sustainable results
**Qualifications**
**What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):**
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, operational management, operations research or engineering or relevant experience
+ 5+ years of confirmed experience in fields of supply chain, data analytics, airline or manufacturing industries
+ Experience managing and mentoring a team
+ Ability to align on goals with division leaders, set strategy for the team and deliver results in a timely and succinct format
+ Monitoring key projects and report out periodically on status
+ Strong data analytics and ability to develop insights
+ Ability to work in a cross functional division, aligning on goals and vision to ensure optimum results
+ MS office, Foundry, knowledge of relational database models, strong modeling skills, proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
+ Strong people skills and ability to develop internal and external relationships
+ Strong technical, interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
+ Strategic thinker with proven track record of implementing innovative solutions
+ Keen sense of curiosity, high learning agility, business acumen, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, thought leader with a bias towards action and team focused
+ Travel up to 25% travel
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $162,388.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
