The Plant Conversion Leader for Andover will also be accountable for any plant site activities for the Supply Chain Platform Transformation (SCPT) SAP Master Data project, with introduction of SAPS/4 HANA, cutting over in NA in OND 2027; one of the key breakthrough transformations for P&G
Key Responsibilities:
Connected Applications (for those owned by the site)Inventory all locally owned connected applications, and ensure inventory database is accurate and maintained at each test (type of C-App, criticality, etc.)Ensure local C-Apps owners are executing assessment, testing, remediation, and cutover activities on time and with quality.Interdependencies / Upward CompatibilityRegisters business operations changes according to the Interdependencies with Business Operations frameworkRegisters local/site digital projects with the Upward Compatibility framework; ensures resources to conduct appropriate testing in both ECC and S/4HANA for such digital projects.Coordinates cut-over preparations activities, including “no-fly” zonesTesting: Ensure that test plans sufficiently cover the site’s scope and work processes—especially any unique site processes—such that risks are mitigated and the site will be ready for cutover and successful startup. Test execution is completed on time by capable testers. Ensure defect resolution meets the site’s needs.Work process transformation (due to obsolescence driven by S/4HANA and SCPT)Accountable for site adoption of MIGO transaction work processEnsure awareness and plans for site users to STOP using obsolete transactions which have been determined important by Central Team and OU conversion leaders.For Greenfield scope that requires adoption of new work processes, ensure that impacted users and departments receive the training material and are ready for the transition after S/4HANA cutoverPeople: Ensure all required plant/site level resources are sufficiently staffed and enabled to support the above-mentioned activities.Site key user roles listed in SMS (startup management system) are fulfilled on time.Other staffing needs are identified and filled. Resolve site level staffing issues.Anticipate capability gaps and role backfill needs. Work site plans to ensure both current operations and SCPT needs are met.CommunicationDeliver or coordinate appropriate communications to all levels (up and down) in the site regarding SCPT.Manage communication and alignments across all OU stakeholders for the site (i.e., multiple BU’s, MO’s, Customization, etc.)First contact for any site level SCPT questions.Job Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: Project management is the primary skill needed for this role. At least 3 years manufacturing and/or logistics operation experience is advised. Expertise in PE, QM, M&S and WO work processes is helpful, but not required, as this is expected to come from site Key Users and BU Business Experts.
