The role helps build IL6S progression for our manufacturing sites and involves significant capability building/ upskilling of colleagues within the North America region. **How you will contribute** You will: + Support the IL6S program development and implementation at Mondelez Supply Chain (MSC) including ownership for direction and adjustments needed to accelerate on our priorities + Execute IL6S Operational Excellence Roadmap in partnership with Senior Leadership team in alignment to functional roadmaps + Lead Manufacturing loss analyses for sponsored initiatives and train/mentor region resources on initiatives to improve Revenue, product margin, cash-flow and growth improvement plus identify opportunities for growth + Build capability through training, coaching, performance evaluations, and talent acquisition.
