Senior Manager - Supply Chain Operations

 

 

The opportunity

 

As our Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships and networks across the across variety of sectors. You’ll be part of a team that helps clients to improve their operational performance, streamline their processes, manage change, and design the future of the business.

 

This is a hybrid position based in Meanjin – Brisbane. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Build relationships with clients and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process. Work with diverse teams across the business to design, win, plan, and deliver projects to help clients solve some of their most challenging problems. Manage your own and team performance to achieve a high standard of client service.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

Previous Procurement/Supply Chain experience.  Business and process improvement projects such as Operating Model design and implementation, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Experience leading and motivating high performing teams.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

 

Exposure to operational transformation with the ability to identify how and where to improve a client’s processes and output.  Hands on cost analysis and review including business case preparation.
