Support function leader for China Commercial Corporate and BBU business strategy planning, project management and GM office operations.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business planning responsibilities 40%
Support cross-functional brand teams to deliver integrated brand plansEncourage deep insights based on market understanding and factsConnect brand strategy (Brand Plan) to programs and campaigns (Brand Experience Plan) so that customer priorities get pulled through to the next level of operational planning and executionEnable senior management to evaluate Brand Plans through a consistent lensProvide teams with new and innovative analytical tools to interpret data and make more informed allocation and investment decisionsSupport Brand Teams to focus on main growth drivers and set up appropriate Brand KPIs2. Project Management 20% to 40%
Set up project management framework/tool for launch excellenceDevelop project management toolsSet up cross-functional work streamsProvide constructive feedback to improve overall launch planMonitor/ drive project progressRegularly monitor project progress to make sure on-time achievement of milestones/ KPIsFacilitate XFN team meetingsOrganize overall and work-stream level cross-functional team meetingsMake records of the agreement/ issues/ next steps proposed in the meetingEnsure information transparencySecure visibility of project progress/risks across launch teamsGenerate reports to senior management team on timely basisEscalate issues through proper line when necessaryIdentify risks/ support mitigation actionsIdentify potential risks and support mitigation planAccelerate problem solving through proper escalationCapability buildingOrganize best practice sharing from other brands/ companies/ markets3. Lead key strategic initiatives that will ultimately enable AZ China to develop and implement winning commercial strategyREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree and above, preferably in Science, Business, Finance, Marketing or other relevant areas, MBA degree is highly preferredMinimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in brand marketing, strategic planning, business development and / or management consultingExperience in new product launch readiness in pharmaceutical industry is preferredExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent Project Management capabilitiesExperience and proven success in working with cross-functional teamsQuick learning abilityStrong business acumen and strategic thinking abilityStrong communication and presentation skillsProficient in oral and written EnglishDate Posted
