Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a Senior Manager - Stakeholder to join our organization in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies that align with our organizational objectives. Drawing on 15+ years of professional experience, you will serve as a strategic executive liaison between our organization and its diverse stakeholder base, ensuring transparent communication, managing complex expectations, and building enduring relationships that drive organizational success and competitive advantage. + Develop, implement, and oversee enterprise-level stakeholder engagement strategies that support long-term organizational goals, enhance stakeholder satisfaction, and create measurable business value + Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives, board members, government officials, institutional partners, clients, and community leaders at the highest levels + Articulate organizational vision, strategic objectives, and transformational initiatives to diverse stakeholder audiences with compelling narrative and executive presence + Lead and mentor cross-functional and matrix teams in executing complex, multi-faceted stakeholder-focused initiatives and strategic programs + Conduct sophisticated stakeholder ecosystem analysis to identify emerging concerns, shifting expectations, and strategic opportunities, developing proactive solutions that mitigate risk and create value + Establish and monitor advanced stakeholder engagement metrics and analytics frameworks to inform strategic decision-making and organizational policy + Represent the organization at the executive level in high-stakes stakeholder meetings, strategic negotiations, industry events, and public forums + Navigate and resolve complex stakeholder conflicts and organizational risks through strategic communication, diplomatic problem-solving, and executive judgment + Prepare comprehensive stakeholder engagement reports, strategic analyses, and performance dashboards for senior leadership and board-level review + Foster a culture of stakeholder-centric thinking across the organization, championing open dialogue, mutual understanding, and collaborative problem-solving among all stakeholder groups + Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and buy-in during major strategic shifts and organizational evolution **Qualifications** + 15+ years of professional experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, senior management, or executive leadership roles + Extensive expertise in developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies at organizational and enterprise levels + Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing cross-functional and matrix teams in complex organizational environments + Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence and engage C-suite executives, diverse stakeholder groups, and external audiences + Advanced negotiation, conflict resolution, and crisis management capabilities with experience navigating sensitive stakeholder situations + Strategic thinking and analytical expertise to assess complex stakeholder ecosystems and drive organizational impact + Extensive experience in matrix organizations, multi-stakeholder environments, and managing competing interests across organizational boundaries + Demonstrated mastery in managing large-scale, multi-faceted initiatives and strategic programs simultaneously + Expert-level proficiency in stakeholder analysis, relationship mapping, and stakeholder segmentation strategies + Exceptional emotional intelligence, interpersonal acumen, and ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholder groups + Extensive experience leading organizational transformation, change management initiatives, and stakeholder alignment during major organizational shifts + Advanced knowledge of public relations, corporate communications, brand management, and stakeholder communication strategies + Proven ability to thrive in multicultural, global environments with experience managing international stakeholder relationships + Strategic business acumen with deep understanding of organizational dynamics, governance structures, and stakeholder value creation + Preferred: Experience in regulated industries, government relations, or public sector stakeholder engagement **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
