Provides leadership and oversight for the Service Enablement Management group. Oversees team efforts to coordinate and leads processes to ensure the organization's capability in terms of product service delivery. Monitors and defines product service requirements, ensuring the availability of required spare parts, technical documentation and service-related processes and procedures. Ensures field and global service organizations have up-to-date product availability.  Ensures ongoing and effective cross-functional coordination and mutual understanding of service requirements and ongoing alignment / cooperation. Monitors processes and spare part utilization to identify and drive cost savings and other efficiency improvements.
