Skills and Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. -8+ years of experience in SAP project delivery, with a focus on financial services. -Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. -Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP implementations and transformations. -Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. -6+ of experience working with SAP Finance modules as well as participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required. -Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required. -SAP certification(s) is a plus. -Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to Treasury and Group Reporting is preferred. -Experience with SAP S/4HANA, and statutory and regulatory Financial Services . -Experience with integration with 3rd party systems
