We are seeking a talented individual to join our Forensic Accounting and Claims Serivces team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Stakeholder Management
Build strong trust and accountability among all the stakeholders through flawless delivery, proactive communication and deeply integrating IKS solutions in FACS propositions.Identify synergies across geographies to drive and deliver efficiency benefits.Delivery Management
Develop financial models and claim dashboards. Candidate should be well versed with MS Excel and familiar with PowerBILead delivery of Forensic Accounting Claims preparation / pre-loss review requests across USA and Canada (US&C).Enhance and scale-up Claims Visualization capability and its offerings.Spearhead engagement with US&C stakeholders and IKS Data Analytics/Data Science teams for innovative developments on projects.Help in building the FACS value proposition for US&C Advisory team by consistently innovating and enhancing the existing solutions and servicesProvide guidance to progress on project deliveries and review work of junior colleagues in the team. Train new joiners on PDBI concepts.Develop and implement tailored solutions and innovative tools to drive resolution of complex projects for key clients.What you need to have:
Essential
Chartered Accountant or completed degree in Master of Business Administration, Finance7-9 years professional experience in an accounting firm (Big 4 or similar consulting).Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partnersAbility to work independently and think critically regarding financial statement analysisAbility to manage personal and junior colleague time appropriately to deliver high-quality projectsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to preparing error-free analysisAdvanced Microsoft Excel SkillsKnowledge and Expertise
