Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive sales efficiency and productivity improvement by accurate reporting & forecasting, with constructive business insights.
Build and create cutting edge reporting and analytics services to all market stakeholders, enabling them to take quantitatively based decisions and optimize performance.
This person will review and analyze data and identify opportunities to consult all markets and business leadership that will better performance overall.
Act as local “center of excellence” expert within Retail for all reporting & analytics related topics and drive the implementation with consistency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a business owner of EM Retail analytics solutions and tools supporting the Retail teams and leadership. Lead demand management for insights and analytics, services and tools within your area of responsibility. Identify risks & opportunities through analysis of retail data and participate in the discussion for definition of actions to mitigate risks or realize identified opportunities. Prepare data analysis for our Emerging Market Retail Business based on Global Analytics framework for (exemplary analytics areas may include but are not limited to): Sell Out Performance analysis, give recommendations and provide insights. Profitability Performance analysis, give recommendations and provide insights. NPS, Membership & Retail ops tools analysis across EM Retail. Omni-Channel Reporting (SFS, C + C, Endless Aisle, Return in store etc) Sales Academy and Training analysis Digital share performance analysis, give recommendations and provide insights. Channel Management analysis, give recommendations and provide insights. Distribution analysis, give recommendations and provide insights. Range analysis & quantitative assortment optimization Digital Ops tools usage, give recommendations and provide insights.Consult Retail teams across EM in driving consistent language, insight generation and utilization towards business optimization and development through using analytics. Accountable for Market data sourcing and management Market point of contact for all key external stakeholders (Global Retail, Market finance, etc.) Work with Global Retail and HUB analytics Teams to input local insights and business reality, improve reporting structures and distil best practices across our markets Create and drive awareness about standard KPIs across markets within EM Provide and consolidate trainings across markets to understand EM KPIs such as Sell-Through by channel, Comp Growth, etc. Ensure accuracy and relevancy of data analyzed. Sales forecasting & budgeting, collaboration with Finance and Retail Operations teams, driving forecast accuracy and highlighting any gaps to the business
