Salary Mid-Point: $115,000 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Permanent We've recently partnered with one of Canada's biggest banks as they look to hire a Senior Manager, Regulatory Reporting. Supporting the Director, you will lead monthly regulatory return production and strengthening reporting controls, analytics, and automation.
***This role is 4 days a week in office
Key Responsibilities include the following; Lead preparation and submission of balance-sheet regulatory returns Manage team of Managers and analysts; oversee day-to-day production cycles Review return accuracy, variance drivers, data inputs, and cross-system reconciliations Liaise with Audit, Risk, Treasury, and Data teams on governance and data quality Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives Support regulatory requests, remediation plans, and policy interpretation Conduct deep dives into reporting streams and implement process fixes To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred 7+ years regulatory reporting or financial reporting experience in banking Expertise in securities, derivatives, and loan reporting Experience leading reporting cycles and managing teams Understanding of OSFI reporting requirements & internal controls If you have the skills required to be successful in this role and you would like to learn more, please send your updated resume in MS Word format to Shawn Bullen CPA, CA at shawn@ifgpr.com.
