Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Senior Manager - Quality to lead our quality assurance operations in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee all quality management functions, drive transformational continuous improvement initiatives, and establish our organization as a benchmark for excellence across all operations. You will report directly to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in shaping our quality culture, strategic direction, and competitive advantage in the marketplace. + Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and policies aligned with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and industry-specific requirements), ensuring organizational-wide adoption and sustainability + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning whilst providing strategic career development opportunities + Conduct sophisticated root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate systemic problems and prevent recurrence across the organization + Analyse quality data and metrics using advanced statistical tools and predictive analytics to identify trends, uncover improvement opportunities, and drive evidence-based decision-making + Oversee internal and external quality audits, ensuring rigorous compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and industry best practices + Champion transformational continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to enhance processes, reduce waste, and deliver measurable business impact + Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams including operations, production, and supply chain to establish ambitious quality objectives, performance targets, and organizational excellence standards + Prepare and present comprehensive quality reports, strategic dashboards, and performance reviews to senior management and stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights + Manage quality-related documentation, records, and systems to ensure accuracy, traceability, accessibility, and regulatory compliance across all operations + Maintain strategic awareness of evolving industry regulations, quality standards, and emerging best practices; communicate updates and implications to relevant departments and leadership + Lead investigation of customer complaints and quality concerns, coordinating with appropriate teams to resolve issues promptly and implement preventive measures + Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external quality auditors, certification bodies, regulatory agencies, and industry bodies to ensure organizational alignment with global standards **Qualifications** + Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in quality management, with at least 8 years in a senior management or leadership capacity + Proven expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent certifications) with demonstrated implementation experience across multiple organizations + Advanced knowledge of process improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks with certification preferred + Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and data interpretation with hands-on experience in complex problem-solving scenarios + Extensive experience with quality management software and tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting + Exceptional leadership and strategic team management skills with proven ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing quality teams + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach and track record of driving organizational change + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus + Deep familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and quality standards relevant to the industry + Extensive project management experience and demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management information systems + Preferred: Extensive experience in manufacturing, production, or related industries with multi-site or multi-regional quality management responsibility + Preferred: Advanced knowledge of risk management, change management practices, and strategic quality planning + Preferred: Extensive experience with customer quality requirements, supplier quality management, and stakeholder relationship management + Preferred: Track record of implementing enterprise-wide quality initiatives and achieving measurable business impact **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
