Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Quality to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will lead our quality management initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of product and process excellence across our organization.

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and processesLead and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvementAnalyze quality metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actionsEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirementsDrive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce wasteConduct regular quality audits and oversee the management of non-conformancesPresent quality performance reports to senior management and stakeholdersDevelop and deliver quality training programs for employees at all levelsStay current with industry best practices and emerging quality management technologies

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related fieldMinimum 15+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleSix Sigma Black Belt certification preferredExtensive knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control, and root cause analysisProven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standardsStrong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their application in manufacturing or industrial processesExcellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneouslyOutstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teamsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detailStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationProficiency in quality management software and data analysis toolsWillingness to travel as required for audits, supplier visits, or customer meetings
