About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Logistics Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific, focusing on cost optimization, operational excellence, and customer experience enhancement.
This role will manage and execute logistics projects across diverse APAC markets, including cost savings programs, warehouse network design, process standardization, and digital enablement. The ideal candidate combines deep operational experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to influence in a matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end logistics projects across APAC, from design to implementation.Identify and execute cost optimization initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and financial performance.Design and implement warehouse network strategies, ensuring right-sizing and optimal locations for cost-effectiveness without compromising service.Drive cross-functional initiatives with Planning, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to improve service levels and lead times.Partner with operations, procurement, IT, and finance to streamline logistics processes and align projects with business objectives.Champion digital advancements in logistics, leveraging SAP and other tools for efficiency and visibility.Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and results to senior leadership.Mentor and support regional team members and talent development programs.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or project management, preferably with regional or multinational scope.Proven success leading cross-functional, multi-country logistics projects in APAC.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost reduction and operational efficiency.Experience with warehouse and transportation management systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English (additional APAC languages a strong plus).Preferred Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) CertificationCertification APICS CLTD - LogisticsExperience with SAP and digital logistics tools.Master’s degree in supply chain, Operations, or related discipline.Previous experience managing logistics projects across Asia Pacific or emerging markets.What We Offer
