You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders, product owners, and peers with a compelling voice that you demonstrate through executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications on milestone achievements. Challenges. Inevitable challenges will arise, and we’ll rely on you to look for a solution. Responsibilities. Responsible for identifying current and potential customer needs using a range of research approaches including market analysis, data collection from internal stakeholders such as sales, support etc. Define problem statements to articulate how customers experience the problems and why it matters to them. Generate high-level ideas for a solution to demonstrate how it solves the problem and to gather feedback and validation from potential customers in order to form the basis for the business opportunity proposal. Define target user personas to capture their goals, challenges, needs, and behaviors. Perform competitive product analysis to informs decisions about product requirements, enhancement prioritization, and the product roadmap. Write detailed product requirements to articulate what the offering must provide or do to meet market needs, in order to guide the new offering’s design and construction. Define, measure and report product success metrics that will be used to gauge the success of the offering. Define and maintain a near-term roadmap to be used as a checkpoint for development, product, marketing, and sales to ensure that the offering’s capabilities and plans match business goals. Define a customer rollout plan the defines the strategy of releasing the offering to market and includes the planned release types, target audiences, and objectives associated with each release. Serves as a technical resource/content expert to sales and service; providing them with tools and training necessary to increase sales and client satisfaction/retention. Compile qualitative and quantitative feedback from customers, field, channel partners, experts, and internal parties and evaluated as input informing changes to be made to the offering. Maintain future roadmap that articulates the longer-term plans, vision, and strategy for the offering. Support the senior product leader's strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization. Lead and mentor a team of product managers.

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus eight (8) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience. Work Experience. Four (4) years of experience must include: User Experience and Product Usability experience; Product Management experience; Agile Product Methodology, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean; Roadmap Planning & Management; Product Lifecycle Execution; Customer Needs Analysis; User Centered Design and Product Usability; Quantitative Analysis of Product Usage and Adoption; Competitive Research and Market Gap Analysis; Product Strategy Development; and HCM product implementation.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $148,633.00 - $229,900.00 / Year
