The role will have a mix of project management & sales force effectiveness responsibilities – distribution between the two may evolve over 6-12 month period depending on business prioritiesPMO (Project Management):Drive & manage strategic projects in collaboration with commercial & support functions to ensure timely delivery of project objectivesEnd-to-end project management for identified projects/ initiatives:Develop hypotheses and undertake necessary analyses for testing the same leveraging analytical techniquesConceptualize strategy and way forward in collaboration with commercial and support functionsDrive alignment with relevant stakeholdersEstablish project management structureFinalize roadmap (What, Who, When)Ensure implementation through robust monitoringEnsure regular reviews with middle management and senior management to share progress update and seek feedback/ inputsEscalate and/or course-correct, as and when required, to ensure on-time delivery of key milestonesSFE (Sales Force Effectiveness)Work closely with sales leadership across levels and collaborate with relevant support functions to ensure execution of SFE parameters and drive SFE initiatives for identified sales teamsKey responsibilities includeDrive field force reporting on key parametersAnalytics on performance and SFE parameters to share insights with sales leadership for improving business performanceTarget setting and incentive design and analytics for sales teamsSupport specific initiatives (GTM, process improvement, etc.) for identified sales teams or at an overall level
