In this role you will get to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Qiddiya’s digital permitting platforms and innovation initiatives. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Drive the strategy and delivery of Qiddiya’s digital permitting systems. + Introduce innovative solutions to streamline permitting workflows and enhance transparency. + Manage permitting platforms (Unifier, Aconex, etc.) and develop reporting dashboards. + Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to align requirements. + Lead a team of digital permitting specialists and drive adoption across Qiddiya. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. + 12+ years of experience in permitting, project management, or digital systems implementation, ideally within large-scale urban development or government sectors. + Strong expertise in permitting software platforms (Oracle Unifier, Aconex, or equivalent). + Proven track record of delivering digital transformation projects. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. + Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
