In this role you will get to lead the strategic planning, scheduling, and integration of all permitting activities across projects and business units. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Develop and manage the master permitting plan for all projects. + Forecast, prioritize, and sequence permits in line with project schedules. + Coordinate with internal teams + Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues when required. + Provide executive-level reporting and performance insights. + Lead and mentor a team of permit planning professionals. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + 12+ years’ experience in permitting, planning, or large-scale project delivery. + In-depth knowledge of regulatory processes, municipal approvals, and infrastructure permitting. + Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills. + Strong technical expertise in project planning and digital dashboards. + Excellent communication in English & Arabic a strong advantage. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and aligning permits with stage-gates and master plans. + Strong understanding of municipal/environmental permitting and ability to mitigate approval delays. + Proven skills in leading teams, coordinating with government authorities, and influencing outcomes. + Excellent English and Arabic, with strong analytical, negotiation, and issue-resolution abilities.
