Major Responsibilities:
Need to manage overall Facilities Services & operations at multiple client sites.Client management & regular client site visits to support on site teams and client requirements.Client Contract Management.Managing Budgeting & financials of the accounts.Site Audit & reviews.Conducting monthly management reviews with client for site operations.Implement Innovation and Best Practices at siteConduct various engagement programs for clients.Drive on site teams training monthly.Conduct Quarterly Business reviews with client.Site Compliance ManagementVendor compliance ManagementVendor operations management.Supporting Business solutions team for new business pitches, site survey & proposal etc.Timely monthly invoice processing of the client site.Manage client receivables & vendor payments timely.Supporting new client transition.Qualification- Graduation And MBA
Work Experience
Experience- 10-to 15 years of experience in IFM operations & client management preferably from the competition
Compensation : Commensurate with market
