Senior Manager of Marketing (Hudson Yards Experiences)

The Senior Manager of Marketing will play an integral part of a fast-moving commercial team. This position will be based in New York City and working across HYE visitor attractions (Edge, City Climb, Vessel). This role will be part of the Marketing leadership team, reporting to the VP, Integrated Marketing Strategy and will be responsible for campaign management for both evergreen and seasonal initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to implementation. Primary Responsibilities Oversee campaign management for evergreen and seasonal initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop clear and concise campaign briefs that outline campaign goals, key messages, target audiences, and deliverables. Ensure alignment between business objectives, brand strategy, and creative direction. Partner with leadership team on strategy & development of experiential and seasonal marketing activations. Partner with comms/partnership team on the development and execution of consumer-facing events & programming (e.g., Sky High Yoga) Lead on ticketing build for ticketed events, programming and activations and oversee campaign execution across paid & owned touchpoints to support revenue generation. Work closely with external agency partners to ensure briefs translate into effective campaign executions. Oversee the creative direction, planning and implementation of all Edge brand photography and video shoots. Engage local partners in potential cross-promotional opportunities & manage end-to-end campaign execution Oversee creation of all branded materials including on and off-site signage, sales collateral, media kits, partner usage of brand assets and printed materials ensure it meets quality standards and brand guidelines. Support the development and launch of all ticketed activations, in partnership with the marketing leadership team Source, hire, and manage external partners for programming, ensuring high-quality partnerships that align with brand values. Oversee the promotional calendar and ensure timely and effective execution of associated campaigns; lead on development of promo codes, working with ticketing team to get promos live & report on results Coordinate with internal partners (e.g., F&B, Retail, Hudson Yards Marketing) to develop & execute cross-promotional content strategy Plan and manage collaborations with F&B partner for events & activations Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated base salary range: $110,000 - $120,000 / year Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors. Qualifications Essential Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field. 4-6 years experience in B2C marketing Experience marketing within leisure/attraction/arts sectors Proven history of managing relationships with partners Organized, methodical and able to work to deadlines and targets with strong interpersonal skills Creative aptitude, including excellent copywriting and proofreading skills Strategic thinking and planning Ability to multi-task and juggle numerous projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics to produce reports Experience managing external agencies to develop marketing campaigns that deliver against brand and direct response objectives. Ability to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written English Organized, methodical and able to work to deadlines and targets. Strong self-motivation and drive with demonstrable initiative. Desirable Experience in consumer ticketed or attraction marketing Experience working in high profile, commercial environment Budget management and expenditure tracking Experience managing on location filming Ability to carry out basic tasks on Adobe creative suite; Photoshop and InDesign Experience using website content management systems Proven experience of budget management and performance against target and budget.
