What You’ll Be Doing

The Senior Manager of Shared Services will report to the Director of Financial Shared Services
and lead the Billing and AR Collections teams. This role is responsible for ensuring the
accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement of all related financial processes, while
maintaining robust internal controls and delivering exceptional service to both internal and
external stakeholders. These functions are a critical enabler of the Company’s continued
growth.

Billing, Online Portals, Credit Risk Management and Accounts Receivable, ensuring
alignment with organizational goals and financial objectivesLeads and manages the Billing and Cash team, ensuring high performance in daily
operations, while developing talent and promoting a culture of accountability and
improvementLeads innovation and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and enhancing
internal processes for scalability and efficiencyEstablishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level
agreements (SLAs) to drive improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and timelinessDrives automation and system improvements in Billing and AR processes to increase
scalability and reduce manual errorsServes as the primary escalation point for complex issues related to Customer billing,
Online portals, Credit risk management, collections, and cash applicationsPartners with IT and finance teams to implement system enhancements or new tools
that streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve user
experienceOversees, in conjunction with Treasury team, credit risk management including
customer credit evaluations, credit limit approvals, and maintenance of credit policiesMonitors cash flow related to accounts receivable, providing timely and accurate
forecasts to senior managementMaintains robust internal controls and audit readiness across all shared services
functionsPerforms other related duties as assigned to support organizational successCompletes assigned tasks in a safe, accurate, thorough, and alert mannerUpholds Company policies and proceduresWorks in a professional manner with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers, and
the public

high-performing teamsDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across departments

multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong initiative and ability to work independently and within a team environment.Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a successful track
record of leading process improvement initiativesSkilled in ERP systems and financial technology platforms commonly used in shared
services environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reportingExceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field from
an accredited institution (or equivalent professional experience)Over 7 years of progressive experience in finance operations, shared services, or
transactional accounting, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management
roleExperience implementing automation and digital transformation projects within financial
operations is highly desirableFamiliarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with hands-on experience leading
process improvement initiatives preferredPrevious experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred Physical Requirements Continuously able to work in office environmentContinuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery,
such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printerContinuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hoursAble to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the dayOccasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs.Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talkingOccasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling,
